ABOUT GCWC
Grace Covenant Worship Center is a fellowship of restoration called to minister the liberty of our sonship in Christ and freedom from the bondage of sin. Our desire is that we might receive the fullness of our inheritance in Him by " grace through faith" Eph. 2:8.
The call of God on this local body revolves around our mission statement;
"Restoring Hope...Experiencing Christ's Life!"
By establishing our faith squarely on the finished work of the cross, we teach every believer that they can have the hope of victory in all aspects of life by simply releasing faith in what Jesus has already provided. Nothing could articulate our vision with anymore clarity than by the words of the apostle Paul in Galatians 4:7 "Therefore you are no longer a slave, but a son; and if a son, then an heir through God." Because of Calvary, we are free from the "shame mentality" of having to earn God's favor and blessing by our works. Rather, now as sons we bring forth those "good" works by releasing His life on the inside of us by the Holy Spirit (Col. 1:27). Living the Christian life is impossible; only Christ can live it through us (Gal. 2:20 and Romans 5:10) by faith in His ability. We believe there is a place for you here at Grace Covenant.
About our Pastors
Alex & Jill Montgomery are the Senior Pastors of Grace Covenant Worship Center in Hogansville, GA. Their ministry of grace and acceptance is a perfect example of the heart of the Father, to reach those looking for an approachable God. The vision of "Restoring Hope...Experiencing Christ's Life!" is at the center of their mission statement. The Montgomery's have Pastored in four states and have taught at both Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK and Taylor University in Upland, IN. Pastor Alex also served on the staff of T.L. Osborn Worldwide Ministries in Tulsa, OK. Pastors Alex and Jill completed their counselor training at Grace Ministries of Roswell, GA
and at Christian Families Today in Newnan, GA .
